We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. For international shipping, we deliver to the following countries: Ireland, Norway, Poland, Isle of Man, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, and Greece.

We ship with various carriers in the United Kingdom. The carrier is selected based on the shipping option selected (standard or expedited) and on the fastest shipping option available at the time your order is processed.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees when purchasing on Hosstile. These fees are determined by the Customs Department in your country at the time of import and are not included in the shipping fee paid to Hosstile. Please be aware that Hosstile does not refund taxes, duties, or import fees for orders that are lost, damaged, or returned to sender due to an undeliverable address.
If a package is returned to us, a refund will only be issued after we have received the goods back. The refund will exclude the original shipping fee, any discounts or promotions applied, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Processing of refunds for returned orders typically requires 1-3 business days from the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
It is important to ensure that the address provided at checkout is accurate, as packages marked "return to sender" due to insufficient address or customer error that are lost in transit on their way back to us are not eligible for a refund. Hosstile does not offer a reship policy, and neither Hosstile nor the shipping carrier is responsible for covering the cost of return-to-sender packages that are lost in transit.
All regular orders will be processed to ship Monday through Friday.
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK Holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, orders placed during peak promotional times or holidays, higher than normal volume of orders, or out of stock items.
Once you submit your order on hosstile.uk, you may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes by contacting Customer Service during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be processed.
Please ensure that all items, sizes, and colors in your order are correct, and that you have entered all information accurately before completing checkout. For orders placed outside of our cancellation window or outside of business hours, please refer to our Returns section for further details on how to request a return.
Standard shipping is estimated at 3-7 business days.
The estimated delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can also check the status by logging into your user account.
Please note that once you receive your tracking information, the tracking can take 24 – 48 business hours to update.
If you missed your delivery, depending on the carrier used, your package may go to the local carrier retail center or depot. In this case, you will receive a notification telling you where and when you can pick up your package.

Orders returned to our fulfillment center require 1-3 business days to process from the date the package is marked as delivered by the courier. The refund will be calculated as the Total Cost less original shipping fees, discounts/promotions, and a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an issue with your address, depending on the carrier used, your package may go to the local carrier retail center or depot before it is returned to us. We highly recommend contacting the carrier directly to try to retrieve your package before it is returned to us.
If you cannot retrieve the package and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund only after we have received the goods back.

Please note the claim deadlines below for lost or damaged packages.
Ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:
Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered.*
Lost (domestic): 15 days from the last tracking update.*
Lost (international): 20 days from the last tracking update.*
*Hosstile requires these wait-to-file periods for lost orders as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered. All claims must be submitted within 10 days after the wait-to-file period, or they will not be eligible.

Please be aware that stolen packages are not covered. Hosstile is not responsible for stolen packages, where a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns
All marked down and sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for a return or exchange. No exceptions.
All digital items, including gift cards and e-Books are non-refundable.
For the health and safety of our staff and the integrity of other products in our warehouse, Hosstile cannot accept returns or exchanges on brand wear apparel or accessories that have been opened or removed from the original packaging. All shaker cups, Blender bottles, and jugs are final sale.
Please carefully check the Size Chart guide for each apparel item before placing your order. The Size Chart displaying each apparel item’s unique measurements can be found beside the size selector.
Hosstile brand wear apparel or accessories that have been unopened, in the original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging, are only eligible for return requests. All return requests on apparel and accessory orders are subject to approval and at the sole discretion of Hosstile to determine if the item(s) qualifies for a return. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
No orders will be considered for a return after 7 days from the date of delivery.
For return requests submitted within 7 days of delivery, all requested documentation from our customer service team must be received within 3 business days.
If a return request is approved, the return label fee must be paid within 3 business days of the approval and our fulfillment center must receive the returnable items within 10 days from the date the label was issued. Items that are received after 10 days are not eligible for a refund. Return
labels are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, we will issue a refund after we have received the goods back and they have passed inspection. The refund for items that pass inspection will be calculated as the Total Cost less original shipping fees, discounts/promotions, and a 15% restocking fee. The original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. All return labels are issued by Hosstile and billed to the customer. Returns mailed to our fulfillment center without a shipping label given by Hosstile are not refundable.

If you return items from your order and the subtotal falls below the amount required to receive the free gift(s), the free gift(s) must also be returned. If the free gift(s) is not returned, the retail value of the gift(s) will be charged to your order and deducted from your eligible refund amount.
Any free gift that is returned must meet the following criteria: If the free gift is Hosstile apparel, supplements, or accessories, it must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the retail value of the item will be deducted from your eligible refund amount.
No, all free gift(s) with purchase are provided as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all types of free gifts, including apparel, accessories, supplements, and other products. We appreciate your understanding.
